Registration fees in € include access to the Conference Center, welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunches from Monday to Thursday, and  the Conference dinner.

Cancellation policy

1. If a registered participant is unable to attend the conference for any reason, they may be replaced, with the organizer's agreement, by another person from the same organization.

2. If a registered participant is unable to attend and cannot be replaced by another person from the same organization, the following refund provisions apply:

a. Registrations canceled before June 1st, 2026, will be refunded with a €75.00 deduction for administrative costs.
b. Registrations canceled on or after June 1st, 2026 will not be refunded.
c. Registration cancellations made after a visa has been denied are eligible for a refund of the registration fee, less an administrative fee of €75.00 per registered participant. Requests for refunds must be received by us in writing (email or mail) no later than 10 (ten) business days before the start of the conference in order to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations received after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Saturdays and Sundays do not count as business days.

Refund terms and conditions

a. For payments received by credit card, the same card will be credited (applicable within two months of payment only).
b. For all other payments, a bank transfer will be made to the account beneficiary.
c. For payments received by bank transfer made outside France, the refund will be made by bank transfer and all associated bank charges will be borne by the beneficiary.
